Driving home I passed a stand of trees in Issaquah that had reached their height of fall color. People were happily stopping to take pictures of the trees. I found the leaves that had fallen more interesting. I pointed my camera down into a pool of water collected after the heavy rains.
It seemed all day the sky couldn't make up its mind. It would fill with gray clouds and then dump rain. Minutes later the sky was blue. It was crazy and beautiful.
The last image is one outcome of all this crazy weather. Flood warnings have been issues for parts of Western Washington. Hopefully no one will lose their home. Bright side there will be more pools collecting fallen leaves.
With this image I started to apply filters in Photoshop. Straight up I find the image interesting but it is always fun to tweak and fiddle in Photoshop.
